Unable to progress in league mechanic questline

Unable to progress in league mechanic questline
I am stuck on searching the islands for Vorana. Apparently there is supposed to be a deadly boss map indicating where to go. This seems to have not spawned for me. I have also cleared basically every ocean map hoping something would happen and nothing has worked. Completely unable to progress the new mechanic which is a huge bummer! Any help appreciated!
