Runic Knowledge on 2nd Character - HARD LOCKED FOR MAPS

Hey all,

I re-rolled my 2nd character after my first character felt bad at maps. I just completed the campaign on the 2nd character and it says I cannot enter maps.

I looked and I hadn't completed Runic knowledge in Act 3. Went back and the book is unclickable.

Seems it only happens on 2nd characters, anyone have a fix?
