Can't go in drowned city

Got to act 3 and was trying to go to drowned city. Every time i enter the game crashes. I tried deleting the cache, removing all cosmetics, lower graphic to a minimum, put the game on directx11 and Vulkan, turned off engine multi threading and switched affinity to remove cpu 0... Nothing worked... I was lucky enough to have a friend that already passed that part. He was able to let me teleport to next zone so i can continue my playthrough.

Anybody else has a similar issue?
