Resurrect At Checkpoint Bug

Fighting Xesht and died. Says Resurrect at checkpoint 0 attempts remaining. When clicking "Resurrect at checkpoint" it makes the clicking noise, disappears for a second then pops back up again to be clicked.

Exiting to character select and loading back in spawns me back in hideout alive and well.
