Map Device Bricked

Hello,

I ran into an issue once reaching interludes, I completed everything until plunders point. When i went to detonate the explosives, it wouldn't work, had to leave the area and come back. Now i cant even access the explosives and still is wanting me to do the quest, i decided to continue playing through to end game, now i cant access the map device so my game is completely bricked at this point. Hoping you may be able to help me out. I appreciate your time.

I tried swapping servers, map devices, loading new instances, etc.. nothing working yet.
