network ping

https://ctrlv.sk/XEfU Today I began having network ms issue once again, haven't had this problem since the first league.. but.. here we go again.. tried all the fixes online.. nothing helped, so I turn here, anyone got any idea for a fix.. or is it just to wait until the rush of people fades out

same im having constant disconnect abd high ping since last night around 1AM
