The skill Mirror of refraction on the staff Atziri's Rule Reflecting staff is not getting quality benefit when you quality the staff, so you don't get the extra projectiles from quality. It is also not getting the corrupted tag when the staff is corrupted, so you don't get the benefit of the +skills for corrupted skills.
