Steam POE2 - After New update game Crashes and inputs stop working

After the new update came out I noticed that maps took forever to load or just stayed stuck on the loading menu. The mini map shows up and that I'm moving, if I try to log out or respawn it hard crashes back to steam. When the map loads all my inputs stop work, click to move stopped and had to switch to wasd to get movement but all the ability's stopped working. It shows that im switching ability's and using them but nothing happens, same with interactions. All Characters ive made have this issue. Ive redownloaded and switched all settings and no fix, been playing since poe2 came out without a issue. Is this happening to anyone else or is there a fix?
