no items dropping?? 1-2 rare items per map t11

I logged back in today and started mapping, i was on t10 maps and everything was fine then i did a t11 map. The map seemed strange because there were barely any monsters in the map then i realized i was only getting 1-2 yellow items per map even with full clear this includes the boss drops also. i tried switching back to t10 maps with no luck, i even did campaign maps same thing barely any items dropping at all. I dont know if this is something i allocated on atlas tree or what but i cant get enough gold to buy more maps so im stuck on t10 maps now because nothing is dropping and i cannot buy more maps because of the lack of gold/items. i relogged 2x and it did not fix the problem either.
