Ritual and Abyss still bugged for me

After the newly released Hotfixes Abyss is still bugged for me and i can't finish the map that is prior to the "Close the Northern Abyss Wounds" Map.

Same with Ritual, i am missing one limb on the "Complete Rituals in Rite of the Nameless Maps" and since i died on the map boss, I am not able to complete the quest and use the mechanic.

If i remember correctly i died on the Abyss map as well, but is that just over for me then or?

Please help what do I do??
