Closed the temple run from campaign - more crystals?

Hi, I'm at the portion in the campaign where I need to locate the architect in the vaal temple.

The quest is 'Fate of the Vaal' - Enter Atziri's template and locate the Royal Architect.

I accidentally closed the temple prior to completing it and now need to farm crystals (to reopen the temple, and presumably run it). I'm kind of stuck, with no other quests available, are there recommended spots in the campaign to farm them? You are given the crystals during the campaign to start so I'm kind of at a loss here.

Do I just keep running zones (ctrl click) to hopefully get 5 crystals? Am I stuck on this until I can farm the crystals? Did I miss something here?

For anyone who finds themselves in the same spot, go talk to the hooded one, I had already unlocked the interlude I just hadn't traveled to it yet :/
