Problem accessing the game with a new character.

I'm having trouble accessing a newly created character, nickname: Oikatzzo, on the São Paulo server. I created the new character, but on the loading screen for the riverbank, it freezes and closes the game. I've tried all the solutions I found online, but without success. I would appreciate some help to solve this problem. It's worth noting that I can play with an older character; this problem only happens when I create a new character.
