Simulacrum of delusion has disappear

Hello !
After progressing in the delirium quest line I got stuck : after eating the fruit and spawning the delirious zone, the simulacrum of delusion spawned.
After clearing/or dying to the boss of one of those delirious touched map the simulacrum dissapeared. I cleared all the delirious map but it's nowhere to be find...
