Double Shrine buff bugged - when in party

When having a double Shrine buff chance and in a party - taking the shrine gives no buffs at all.
When my mate that's not specced into it takes it instead - it gives one buff correctly. Combat Balance > Feelings Last bumped on Jun 1, 2026, 12:25:50 PM
