Progression-blocking bug with the Abyss quest line

Hi Support Team,

I am experiencing a progression-blocking bug with the Abyss quest line.

The quest tracker indicates that I need to complete an Abyss encounter in the zone, but the Abyss simply does not spawn on the map. I have recreated and re-run the instance more than 25 times now, and it is consistently missing.

Even when checking the map mods/info panel, it explicitly says that there is no Abyss present in the zone. Because of this, I am completely locked out of completing this quest and cannot progress further.

Could you please look into this or help me reset this quest state?
