Hollow Form Rapid Assault graphics don't respawn

The Hollow Form images created with Rapid Assault never disappear, causing extreme lag and framerate problems.

MTX effect just stay on screen 100s of times.
Event with no MTX effects, there are extreme framedrops after creating many images.
