Loot filter behavior

Hello when i load loot filter everything works and is fine but my questions are:

1) when i change my loot filter i need to manually reload for changes to take an effect can i somehow do the reload automatically(without the need to click the reload button)?

2) for account filters(web interface) are they periodically updated or they also need to manually refreshed(eg. im playing for several hours and there is an update is the update loaded automatically)?

3) are the web filters updated when they are not selected?

1, when uploaded lootfilter to your account give it a couple of minutes to arrive, then while in a running game session you can click refresh to load it into your game anew.
entering the game from char selection automaticly loads new version of lootfilter

2. you do the update yourself. if you not doing anything the lootfilter remains untouched. filterblade offers as a paid service to do so i guess, i only read it with one eye since i won't use this paid service

3. i don't know what you mean. explain web filter, as it is no word used around here

1, im talking about my local filter(file on hdd) so im asking if i can force a refresh for changes by for example commands or api since i want it automated and not going to options and clicking a button?

2, im following filter from someone in account settings(tyty filter) and i am wondering if tyty do changes to the filter while i am playing do the changes reload automatically or after i restart game/clicking a button?

3, im following filter from someone in account settings(tyty filter) but i selected local(file on hdd) does the followed filter get updated even if it is not selected?
