Stuck in a wall - Spider Woods

Hello, a Loathsome Mire spawned on a far edge of a "Spider Woods" map.
When I got out of the Loathsome Mire, my character was out of bounds in a wall, impossible for me to get out.
I don't have any checkpoints available nor the option to "go back to checkpoint"
