Quest bugged: Arbiter of Divinity

I killed the Arbiter of Divinity and the quest gets stuck on "Collect Divine Power". I already activated a tower pillar but the activation itself timed out on the server. Now this quest is stuck and I'm unable to progress. I cannot even allocate the atlas passive tree skillpoints near the middle-top but I did receive them.

The workaround to go back to the hideout and then back to the origin tower doesnt work. But when I do go back to my hideout, the quest simply disappears.

EDIT: Apparently I can still allocate atlas passives after the lock even though it says I can't.. Thank god for that at least.
