Can't travel to Caer Tarth to begin Ritual questline

I can't seem to open the map to Caer Tarth in order to continue the "Legacy of The Maji" questline.

When I click on the traverse option in the world map, I get a "Activation failed. Waystone tier is too low for this map." error.

I suspect it might be because I did a grand mirror encounter from Delirium while pathing towards it, chose a map and then it spread the delirium across the maps and the Caer Tarth region itself became delirious.

I have the same issue. Waystone tier is too low and cannot enter Caer Tarth.

I also spread delirium to the area and Caer Tarth has the Delirium Fog icon above it.

Feels so bad to be locked out of the mechanics I wanted to farm.

I also can't believe this wasn't caught in testing. The zones are like right next to eachother lmao. wasn't it obvious people would spread the delirium fog there?
