Bloodreaver Manor bug - NPC's not appearing

Trying to utilize Bloodreaver Manor as my hideout, but it's unusable due to a bug where NPC's aren't showing up. When editing the hideout, I can select them from the drop down menu, but when I go to place them, they are invisible. They show on the map, but not on the screen. They aren't clickable or selectable, which means I can't Identify anything or disenchant anything. Ange and merchant NPCS still show up. but not Alva, Doryani, Zolin, or Zelina.

This is kind of infuriating considering you have to spend $90 to get the hideout.

I have this exact same bug and yes it's infuriating to not be able to use this hideout after spending $90 to "support" them. It's a bit of a slap in the face.

Edit: I decided to try the old turn it off and back on again, logged out and Doriani is back where I placed him. Still a stupid bug but at least it can be fixed. You can move him after he's placed but you can't place him from the menu.
