The Runeseeker Act 3

In the mystic refuge on act 3 i can advance that questline, i go to the mystic refuce and i cant use the pool for continue the mission, i try to respawn and go on another player but nothing happens.

Did you actually find the 3 runes in Act 3? You find the refuge way earlier then you actually find the quest runes. You need all 3 to be able to enter.
