Path of exile 2 bugs!!!

Dear GGG,

I want to report that skill gem levels are not increasing with weapon +2 to level of all melee skills on the monk class!! I'm not sure with other classes this is my first character of the new Runes of Aldur league I also want to report that when you receive ascendancy points they add 2 points to the passive notification on the skill tree. The last one is when completing a quest they are not updating in the map screen under quest!
