Game crashes that causes PoE2 and other software to crash and disconnect

Since the last league i have been running in random game crashes that also reinitialize PoE2 settings(Graphic, Controls everything), and it would propagate to discord and steam.
Unsure if this is caused by my faulty mouse'mmb getting stuck or spamming specific skills in certain areas of the Manor in act 1 and across act 2 or during mapping(frost darts, firestorm, living bomb, orb of storm, frost bomb, spark, bonestorm, bone cage, ice nova, arc, flame wall(mostly paired to augment frost darts, bonestorm, spark and arc))

MY PC spec:
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400F
16 go of Ram
WD_BLACK SN750 SE 500GB SSD
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060

All my drivers are up to date as of 2 days ago and experienced the crashes before and after updating them.
