Holten Crash can't use character anymore

Loaded into Holten and instantly crashed. Tried loading back in but had crashed again before the cogs could disappear. Tried playing just now and I have the same issue. Tried changing servers and graphics settings updating drivers but I crash before I can even attempt to do anything.

Is there a way for me to load into a different area so I can reset the instance at the very least or something else that I didn't think about?
