"Recipes not found. Find in act 2." cant be found.

I know many bug reports mention not being able to complete Runeseekers at the last step, but also, I have 2 other problems.

1. I can't open the vault doors even though I have no more missions to find runes.

2. A lot of the rune remnants or whatever you select for rewards in campaign have missing rune recombination recipes that specifically say they can be found in act 2.

I looked at pages of other reports but none of them mentioned missing recipes. Only unable to open vaults, missing Faa guy, and not having the anvil.

I suppose my account got bricked in act 2 at some point then. Hopefully a fix comes soon since this is in a way, main progression.
