sever crashes are relentless , map quest state bugged

1. "kicked for preforming to many actions in a time period"
2. "failed to connect to instance"

please this is brutal are there known remedies for this?

"complete X objective in map for progression in map quest"
1.map fails to spawn x objective, map is the only one connected to quest state map so i cant progress
2.i fail map and can no longer even force the x objective via tablet i can now no longer even attempt quest state
3. because of 1, and 2 i can now not play maps in groups.
