Allow us to turn off Spirit Vessel from Forgotten Warden

I am using the item for its defensive benefits, but it eats away at a companion slot.

Having two companions enabled before equipping it makes it so the spirit vessel doesn't spawn, but at the start of every map it overrides the summoned companion from tame beast
