Game breaking Delurim bug ( no splinters. no quest line, no pinnacle boss)

1) Quest line is broken and unable to be continued.even in the delirious region the only thing I can do is annoite
2) delirious maps dont drop the spilters at the end your hear a portal sound when the encounter is over but the npc is not there
3) unable to to finish any questline in delurim or get to the pinnacle boss tried eveything but was unable even in the delurim region
4) in delurim region the the delirous gets to 200% than rest, still with no pinnacle boss , no quest line and no spilters that are dropped after you end the encouter
5) what I can do this relating to deliurim is annoite, and get liquied from drops that is about it


please help with this bug
