Bahlak, the Sky seer bugs

I love this silly bird, but he has a couple of quirks making his cool kit less interesting right now.

Bug #1 - Model Disappears (Visual)

- He occasionally goes full stealth mode and his model vanishes. Not game-breaking, just funny.

Bug #2 - Hyena Boss Arena (Game-Breaking)

- In the Hyena boss arena he will jump onto the balcony and strand himself on the ledge during the tornado phase. Pretty game-breaking and makes him unusable for that fight.

Bug #3 - Ball Lightning Not Consuming Fire Infusion (Game-Breaking)

- His Ball Lightning skill doesn't consume Fire Infusion via Selfless Remnants - this one really broke my heart. Based on the database files, he should be able to consume Fire Infusion to boost his Ball Lightning. I've tried Living Bomb + Selfless Remnants and never got the fiery Ball Lightning proc.

Bug #4 - Tornado Cast Time Inconsistency (Needs Investigation)

- His tornado ability that spawns mini-tornadoes has an inconsistent cast time. This might just be player error and is hard to verify - I literally can't see my screen during this phase between the mini-tornadoes and the Massive Tornado. Flagging it just in case others have noticed the same.
