Northern Abyssal Wounds bug

This has to do with the questline for unlock Abyssal. I tried clearing "Close the Northern Abyssal Wounds". However, I died the first time, so I had to redo the map. I've tried resetting the maps / restarting / logging out for hours. No matter what I do, Abyssal will no longer spawn for the quest and I can't finish it.

Anyone find a workaround for this?
