Triskelion Cascade Ice NovaInfusion bug

Greetings,

i tested empowering Ice Nova with Triskelion Cascade and noticed, the second cascading isn't empowered by infusions, even if with abundant supplies.

Comet works as intended.
There may be other exceptions, but i lack the recources for further testing.

This is working inconsistently for me. Currently it seems to be working correctly around 90% of the time, but it still fails sometimes even when I have plenty of infusions. Earlier, with the same setup, it was so consistently not working that I removed Triskelion Cascade from my build because I thought the interaction had been entirely removed.

Details:
Sitting in hideout generating infusions with Powered by Verisium, cap of 3 infusions, 20% chance not to consume infusions. Powered by Verisium and Triskelion Cascade on Set 2, Ice Nova on Set 1. Same input order every time: Powered by Verisium -> Triskelion Cascade -> Ice Nova.
