Withered Willow Delirium Questline Bugged

I don't see Withered Willow area highlighted in the world map. When I run a map with delirium I don't see any one to talk to start the questline again.

Edit: Found Withered Willow. Thought it was the same issue other people have been having with bugged Questlines.

Is there anyway to delete this thread?
