Game-Breaking Bug in Act 2: Rune Seeker Quest Cannot Progress (Farrow Not Spawning)

I encountered a bug in Chapter 2 of the Rune Seeker quest. The objective is to find Farrow, but when I entered the Vault of Runes, Farrow was not there. I’ve tried multiple times and even attempted reviving, but the issue persists. This has completely blocked my progress in the quest, and as a result, I am unable to unlock any runes in Chapter 2, including the Alloy Runes.
I’ve also noticed on the forums that many other players are experiencing the same problem. Please prioritize fixing this bug. Thank you.
