The Runeseeker quest bugged

I have finished leveling and have three treasure map pieces in my inventory. Quest line says ''Take the treasure maps to dannig in kingmarch'' but cant give to dannig. Also npc in ship dont take. No one npc dont take map pieces in kingmarch
