League Specific Atlas Passive Points - Unable to Allocate.

After finishing up the Breach Quest line around May 31, I'm unable to allocate one of the Breach points.
I want to be clear that I NEVER clicked the node to allocate and I was never able to actually select the node itself.
Its bit annoying to have that notification over there blinking for many hours.



I cannot confirm at all but while being a bit sleep deprived and doing the Delirium questline, I remember also not being able to allocate one of the Delirium nodes, but I'm not 100% about... lol.
