Inevitable Agony doesn't Cull if brought to the threshold by a DoT

If Inevitable Agony has damage saved up on a target that is afflicted by a damage over time effect such as bleed or poison and that DoT brings the target to the culling threshold, the spell doesn't automatically cull like it should, it will instead last until its full duration (the spell indicator will even remain above monsters' heads after they died if they died to a DoT)
