Charged Staff - Shapeshifting Bug

Whenever you activate Charged Staff from your Quarterstaff and then transition to a shapeshift (tested with Wyvern only), the buff will be maintained and the damage bonus to quarterstaff attacks as lightning is also maintained once you return to your Quarterstaff weapon, but the skill itself will no longer fire the projectile from the Shockwave part of Charged Staff. Re-casting Charged Staff does NOT fix it, the only way to recover the Shockwave effect is by letting the duration expire and then use it once more.

Edit: the same issue occurs when using Staggering Palm and its projectiles when shapeshifting and reverting back.

Can confirm. Very annoying. And this was around last league too.
