Irradiated tablets bugged

Hello, I have encountered a bug. Cannot push the level to Waystone to level 82.
If I am correct, you need a Tier 16 Waystone, a Cleansed/corrupted area +1, and an Irradiated tablet.

79+1+1+1=82

I did that; however, I did had "Disengaged Safeties" point allocated from Doryani's Master (didn't notice), and now none of these options bust my Waystones levels.
