1 Atlas Passive Skill Point available but can't allocate

I think I have incorrectly been attributed an atlas passive skill point. The button to assign one appears, clicking it takes me to the atlas sills tree, but I can't allocate anything.

I'm quite sure I didn't have this skill point yesterday; and maybe not even this morning -- it might have appeared after completing a first map today (Channel).
