Disciple of Varashta djinn weapon sets not working

i cant weapon swap with kelaris brutality, deception, ruzhans trap and brand, it simply makes my djinn disappear when i use my 2nd weapon set and don't have my djinn on that set, cant auto swap trying to cast my command skills and all my command skills go on cooldown when i manually swap back, is this intentional with the djinn? I've also noticed that when i open up the details for my djinn i can see multiple tabs of brutality etc even the skills i don't have.
