Disconnect upon completing map+annuls progress

Several times now, I have completed a map with Delirium, got the "The Raven's Trickster's Curse Spreads" message, got promptly disconnected.
My map got "eaten" (can't go back into it) and there is no grand mirror on the atlas.
This has happened most of the times I attempted this, with only 1 grand mirror being successfully generated with no disconnect.
