Missing breaches and game freezes

While using a tablet to spawn in breaches on a map that also gives breaches for free (Breach region), the second breach doesnt fully spawn in. You can hear it, but it is invisible and can not be interacted with.

My game also started to freeze again after about 2 hours. It catches itself after 15 seconds, but annoying nontheless
