Resonance not working on bosses

Currently not getting frenzy / power charges with resonance upon freezing a boss, making it not difficult, but rather impossible to play my build during boss fights.

This has not existed in any previous league, and is 100% a bug due to recent patch. I'm not seeing many people talk about this, but I've went through the entire game with this miserable build and I'm just gonna have to reroll or respec until they fix this.
