Bugged mobs in Vaal Temple

Theres a bug in Vaal temple where mobs become untargetable and only way to continue is to either die or portal out. If you come back to the room you can sometimes stand outside the room and clear the mobs so get the room cleared.

It always happends in corruption rooms and spymaster rooms. (There might be others but these are the once ive noticed where it always happends).
Additionally it can randomly happen in other rooms aswell if mobs belonging to a different room somehow run into the room your currently in, then they become immune and your unable to complete the room.
