Xbox loot filter sound does not play even after the patch

After testing following a client restart, the sound specified in the filter does not play, and an unexpected sound is heard. The sound does not adjust even when I try to set the item drop filter sound in the options. The sound is not the designated sound, and the volume cannot be adjusted either.
