Abyssal Power quest progress locked issue

Good day,

Kindly, note that I have an issue with Abyssal Map on my atlas that won't let me progress the quest any further.

Abyss just won't spawn at this particular map therefore I cannot close east abyss rack and there is no way around it.

So far I attempted to run this same map several times and abyss still didn't spawn. Run another map on atlas without any improvement. I tried full clearing map to last monster but still no progress. I cannot add tablets to force spawn the abysses because I've ran map already.

Could you kindly advice workaround this issue, so I won't be locked out of game content?
