Precursor Tower does not register pre-requisites

The precursor tower inside the Western Gateway has a pre-requisite of completing the Western Gateway before being run. However after doing that and making my way over to the Precursor Tower it still states in red text "Complete the Western Gateway To Access".

I'm seeing the same thing, although on the eastern tower.

What I think happened to me is:
- I pathed over to the Eastern Gateway before visiting The Burning Monolith.
- Then I tried to do the eastern Precursor Tower and couldn't start the map do to a missing prerequisite.
- I couldn't run the eastern gateway because the map was already complete.
- I tried going to the burning monolith afterwards hoping that would advance the quest state, but it didn't.
- When I visited the burning monolith it hung trying to play the map 'cutscene' with Doryani while since it was likely trying to pan over to the map I already complete. I was able to escape out and the 'cutscene' resumed when I opened the map, but started from the western gateway and never touched the eastern one.


Basically I think the quest state didn't advance properly because I did the Eastern gateway before visiting the burning monolith.

I'm going to do the western gateway soon and see if that side works properly now that the burning monolith has been activated.

I will report back if I find anything new.
