BUG - Can not assign Hollow form to weapon set on console/controller

If I am using another weapon and try to activate Hollow Form directly, nothing happens, and it is impossible to assign the skill to a specific weapon set on console.

Same here. I worked around it for now by logging in with my controller disconnected and then in the mouse version of the skill options, setting Hollow Form to weapon set I only. This setting then seems to persist when you log back in using a controller.

(that said, I just realised this thread is in the console forum, and I'm playing on PC, so may not be helpful :( )

This is pretty annoying and is making a build a lot clunkier for console players. I hope it's fixed soon.
