Playstation PLUS Packs 19,20&21 don't activate ingame

I bought all the plus packs 19, 20 and 21 but in my profile they don't get recognised as the communication between ps store and the game doesn't seem to work ;(

as i don't have the poe 2 access this could be the problem if they don't recognize the packs beeing for this game :/

i tried to open the buy points page which usually solved this. Then it appeared in my account as bought just not ingame. this time it doesn't even show in my profile as bought which is a bit concerning as i don't wanna miss those items
